Amazon Business and AT&T Business team up to create connections and deliver value with products and services that enable businesses to grow.

AT&T Business and Amazon Business are introducing a 12-month free trial of Business Prime Small or Medium plans when eligible customers subscribe to and purchase a new qualifying AT&T Business internet service[1]. These include:

  • AT&T Business Fiber: AT&T Business Fiber is backed by the AT&T Guarantee — connectivity you depend on with the deals you want and prompt, friendly service.[2]
  • AT&T Internet Air for Business: Fixed wireless internet powered by AT&T 5G. No speed caps and easy self-installation. AT&T may temporarily slow data speeds if the network is busy.
  • AT&T Dedicated Internet: Scalable, high-performance internet with speeds up to 1Tbps, unrivaled threat protection.
  • AT&T Switched Ethernet on Demand: Self-service, on-demand, intelligent networking solution that connects two or more business locations using AT&T’s highly secure nationwide fiber network.
  • AT&T Wireless Broadband: Portable, wireless internet solution using a mobile hotspot device or router over our cellular network.

 

How this promotion works:

  1. Users who subscribe to an eligible AT&T Business internet service will receive an email with a unique redemption link. To be eligible for one year of free Business Prime Small, customers can sign up for AT&T Business Fiber, AT&T Internet Air for Business, or AT&T Wireless Broadband. To be eligible for one year of free Business Prime Medium, customers can sign up for AT&T Dedicated Internet (all speeds) or AT&T Switched Ethernet on Demand (Dedicated Ethernet).
  2. Users who click this redemption link will be prompted to sign into their Amazon Business account or create a new account if they are not yet a customer.
  3. Those who already have an Amazon Business account will be prompted to continue to the Business Prime signup page, where they will be presented with a plan based on which AT&T Business service they chose. For new customers, they will be prompted to sign up during the Amazon Business registration experience.

 

What’s the difference between Amazon Prime and Business Prime?

 

Amazon Prime is primarily for household and entertainment, including Prime Video and Prime Music. Business Prime is specifically designed for Amazon Business customers, offering enhanced access to tools for procurement and spending management.
