How to redeem a Business Giving voucher
Business Giving vouchers provide recipients the flexibility to choose their preferred item from the Business Giving campaign and have it delivered to their location of choice. Recipients can order through their personal or business account, depending on the type of campaign, and manage all returns and support requests through Amazon.
Getting started
- Retrieve voucher: View voucher details via e-mail and vouchers are sent from no-reply@amazon.com
- Apply the voucher to an Amazon account: If the voucher is sent through an internal campaign, the voucher is automatically applied to the recipient's Amazon Business account and if the voucher is sent through an external campaign, the recipient can apply their voucher to their preferred Amazon account
- Select an item: Recipients select their preferred item(s) and the voucher balance can only be used on items from this Business Giving campaign
- Checkout: Recipients place their order using the familiar Amazon checkout experience and can add supplemental payment information in the case they select an item(s) that surpass the voucher balance
